Visit Crow Creek Mine on this gold mining and hiking tour. Start with an introduction to prospecting and
panning for real gold. Then your naturalist guide leads a hike along the Iditarod Trail to the cable hand tram crossing Glacier Creek. Pull yourself across the hand tram, hike through mossy rainforest, pass Winner Creek Gorge and travel along the gravel and boardwalk trail to the Hotel Alyeska while learning all about the natural surroundings. Our family vacation in Girdwood was made special by you and your adventure activities. Your 10 years of living and guiding experience in the area was apparent and perfect for us. And, yes, I would say families are a specialty of yours. Our flash frozen fish came Wednesday. We have eaten some and have fond memories of catching them, all arranged by you. The glacial dog mushing, Blue ice kayaking and hiking were all wonderful experiences for each of us. Berry California
